How a webinar comes together

Six weeks, one fixed price, zero guesswork.

Every engagement follows the same repeatable process so you always know what's shipping when. Here's the rhythm.

Week 0

Kickoff & alignment

30-minute call to lock the topic, speakers, format, and date. You walk away with a confirmed scope and a project timeline you can share with your client.

Weeks 1–3

Build & promote

Landing page, Zoom configuration, three branded promo graphics, and pre-event emails ship inside the first ten business days so promotion has runway.

Webinar day

Live production

We run tech check, manage speakers in the green room, moderate Q&A in the chat, and confirm the recording before anyone signs off.

Weeks 4–5

Edit & repurpose

Full recording is edited with intro, outro, and lower thirds. Three short-form clips, two blog posts, and three quote graphics are pulled from the transcript.

Week 6

Follow-up & distribution

Post-event email lands in attendees' inboxes with key takeaways and a clear CTA. Every asset is delivered in editable formats so your team can keep distributing.

Beyond the core package

If it's webinar-related, I can do it.

The $2,000 flat covers a full end-to-end webinar. If your client needs more, like strategy, additional content, or a recurring program, I scope it as an add-on so you can still quote one number to the client.

Tell me what you need

The webinar isn't the deliverable. It's the raw material. Every engagement produces a repurposed content set your client can distribute for four to six weeks without writing a single new line.

Frequently asked

The questions agencies ask first.

How does white-labeling actually work?
I show up under your agency's name. Emails to the client come from your domain or are forwarded through you. Deliverables ship in your brand's templates. To the client, I'm part of your team.
How much lead time do I need before the webinar date?
Three to four weeks is ideal so promotion has runway. I've launched campaigns with seven days notice and pulled 700+ registrations, but the more lead time, the better the numbers.
What do you need from the client and from us?
From the client: a topic, one to three speakers, a date, and access to a Zoom (or comparable) account. From you: brand assets and a single point of contact. We handle the rest.
Who owns the final assets?
You and your client do. Every deliverable ships in editable source files so your team can keep repurposing the content long after the engagement closes.
What's not included in the $2,000?
Paid media spend, third-party platform fees (Zoom, ON24, etc.), and speaker honorariums. Topic development, custom discussion questions, and on-demand recording pages are available as add-ons. Let's talk.
Can you handle multiple webinars at once?
Yes. We typically run two to four programs in parallel for agency clients. If volume scales beyond that, we'll plan the calendar together so quality never slips.
